When is Build suitable?

This model is suitable when you want to put a specific AI use case into practice. The work may relate, for example, to AI strategy and governance, agents and automation, predictive or industrial AI, or AI-native software development.

A limited start before a larger investment

We begin with a limited scope that allows the value of the solution to be proven before a broader investment. In AI Sprint, the selected use case is taken from idea to prototype and its production readiness is assessed.

From pilot to production

After the first trial, we can proceed with implementing a production solution. Progress is defined together based on the use case and the findings from the trial; not all trials are ready for production as they are.
